An employee at SACHI.LA will be a happy person who over any skill, is an uplifting and positive energy to be around. As a coffee and retail shop, we are looking for an array of people. Whether you want to be a lead barista, or work the register and retail space, please see all that apply and fill out an application!
*No previous barista experience is required so long as there is an eagerness to learn and develop knowledge and skills in working with and talking about coffee.

Memorization of and consistency in execution of recipes
Ability to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages
Successfully utilize and maintain an espresso machine and other brewing methods
Completion of Food Handler’s License (we will arrange for you upon hiring)
Follow and implement appropriate health and safety standards, ServSafe practices
Monitor and manage inventory of products
Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
Handle and store all products properly in line with health regulations
Perform math computations
Successfully ensure each transaction is correct, and monitor sales, labor, and any unnecessary waste.
Open and or close the shop following all opening and closing procedures
Engage with others in a kind and respectful way
Ability to lift 50 lbs, 30 lbs over head, and be on feet for long periods of time
Ability to work and think independently and make quality decisions to resolve conflicts
Complete other tasks and projects that have been assigned by management
Willingness to perform at high quality standards
Dress clean and be well groomed
