A collaboration with Japanese-Canadian calligraphy artist, Liccagraphy. The Daruma Doll is a symbol of perseverance and good luck in Buddhist Zen tradition. When you buy a doll, you can fill in the pupil of one eye while you set an intention. The doll watches over you with one eye in support as you carry out your goal. When you finish, you fill in the other eye.
In our family, we start a new doll in the beginning of each year.
